Job Description:
Senior IT Project Manager Must Haves:
Proven experience in application divestiture, decoupling, or large-scale system integration/implementation. Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to follow and execute within a defined framework for working across multiple hospital systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Senior-level project management experience (PMP not required). Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Based in New England or able to travel to Boston 1-2 times per month.

Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to support a healthcare system in the decoupling of applications from a partner hospital system. This role is administrative and operational in nature, requiring a seasoned project manager to lead and coordinate efforts in alignment with Dana-Farber's strategic roadmap. The PM will serve as the operational and administrative point person, ensuring alignment across both hospital systems. Responsibilities include managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across IT, clinical, and operational teams; tracking progress against project milestones; escalating risks or blockers as needed; facilitating meetings; documenting decisions; and ensuring project governance is followed. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to clinical operations.
Pay:
$65-80/hr
