Salary:

$140,000 - $160,000 + comprehensive benefits A well-established and highly respected General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution strategy Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to keep timelines and budgets on track

Project Types:

Commercial Academic / Educational Multifamily Healthcare and other institutional work

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Strong background in commercial or institutional construction projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
