Project Manager

Project Manager Responsibilities Act as the owner's representative, coordinating construction activities without holding contracts. Direct and oversee daily field operations to ensure work is coordinated properly. Develop, review, and manage project schedules. Lead scope development and scope reviews across all trades. Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project goals. Review contracts and support contract administration from an owner's perspective. Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports. Track progress, issues, and milestones, escalating risks as needed. Ensure overall project execution aligns with schedule, scope, and quality expectations. Essential Skills 10+ years of Project Management experience. Strong field experience is required. Comfortable being onsite and directing work daily. Project management, construction, and construction management expertise. Project coordination, commercial construction, project scheduling, field coordination, and construction supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of construction experience. Experience as a Project Manager with hands-on field exposure. Field-experienced PM preferred over a Superintendent profile. Experience supporting construction without self-performing work. Ability to manage scopes, schedules, reporting, and subcontractor coordination. Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sturbridge, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72.11 - $81.73/hr.
