Job Description:
Robert Half's Marketing & Creative client is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Coordinator for a 6+ month contract to support the daily operations of an innovation-focused culinary kitchen. This is an onsite, 32 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be able to work onsite 4 days/week. This role will play a critical part in maintaining a well-functioning, clean, and fully equipped environment while partnering closely with the culinary team on events, testing, and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities Support culinary meetings, tastings, and supplier events, including setup, coordination, and cleanup Manage the lab's digital calendar and coordinate event logistics with facilities Source specialty ingredients, smallwares, and equipment for projects and events Oversee kitchen equipment setup, maintenance, and repairs in partnership with facilities Manage ingredient and retail sample inventory, including ordering, tracking, and replenishment Maintain lab organization, cleanliness, and support periodic decluttering efforts Coordinate shipments and order necessary packaging and supplies (e.g., dry ice) Assist with additional lab operations as needed Qualifications Associate degree or certification in Culinary/Pastry Arts or related experience in a kitchen, R D, hospitality, or supply chain environment ServSafe certification preferred Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel Knowledge of culinary equipment and kitchen operations Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
