Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all objectives are met. Work closely with project managers to prepare and track project schedules and milestones. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and external partners. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any project-related concerns. Support the project team in resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years in APM position A strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple project tasks efficiently. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software and tools. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for addressing challenges.
