Job Description Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D models for preconstruction and construction phases, with a focus on process piping systems . Review contract documents, identify issues, and collaborate with project management for solutions. Conduct clash detection, document issues, and track resolutions. Produce detailed drawings and ensure designs meet specifications, codes, and project requirements. Optimize piping layouts, coordinate hangers with other trades, and support field teams with technical questions. Attend coordination meetings, update project management tools, and oversee BIM execution. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth.

Qualifications:

3+ years of BIM coordination or related experience, with strong process piping experience . Knowledge of mechanical systems, regulations, and codes (e.g., plumbing, NFPA). Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Trimble tools. Understanding of preconstruction-to-build workflows, including BIM coordination and prefab processes.
