$175,000 - $200,000 per year About the Opportunity JMT Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established mechanical contracting firm in the Westford, MA area to hire a Senior Project Manager with a clear growth path into a Project Director role. This is a high-impact leadership position for an experienced professional who thrives in managing complex construction projects while mentoring and developing teams. Position Overview The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will also play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. This role is designed as a succession-based opportunity, with the potential to transition into a Project Director position based on performance. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects (planning, budgeting, execution, closeout) Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Lead and mentor a team of Senior PMs, PMs, and Assistant PMs Collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Provide leadership in strategic planning and project execution Qualifications 10-15+ years of mechanical contracting construction project management experience Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring project teams Experience managing project financials using Sage Familiarity with Procore and Stratus software Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 (based on experience) Clear path to Project Director role Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) 401(k) and additional company perks Why Apply?
