We also provide high-end architectural millwork design packages for Restaurants, Nightclubs, Libraries and Schools. We've been able to grow and expand our business in the last few years and we're on the right track to continue that growth. Job Description We're looking for a high energy Field Assistant/APM with a ready to learn mindset. For this Field Assistant/APM position, you will work closely assisting a project manager to help them and their team stay organized, and work effectively and safely on projects. We're looking for someone that is ready to learn, work hard and grow their career. We want someone that can maintain emails, excel sheets, and can help monitor different job sites. Being familiar and having used Procore in previous jobs is a plus! This position is full time Daily Responsibilities Write and maintain emails Maintain excel sheets Update project schedules and completion sheets Extensive communication (verbal and written) with the projects team (laborers, project managers, etc) Travel to various project sites in the Boston area is required. Help maintain client relationships Help with looking over blueprints and project plans Travel to job sites in the Boston area, New Hampshire, and Maine Skills Needed Use basic technology (iPad/laptop, Microsoft, etc) Leadership experience Strong Communication skills Strong organization and multi-tasking skills Can pay attention to details and problem solve when needed Basic background knowledge in construction/installation Familiarity with reading blueprints
