Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a wide range of projects, including renovations, capital improvement initiatives, and operational efficiency programs across a diverse real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for capital improvement and renovation projects across multiple propertiesDevelop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and execution plansCoordinate with property management, asset management, construction teams, and vendorsMonitor project performance, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful deliveryManage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processesEnsure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codesProvide regular reporting on project status, risks, and financial performanceIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
