This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a wide range of projects, including renovations, capital improvement initiatives, and operational efficiency programs across a diverse real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for capital improvement and renovation projects across multiple properties Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and execution plans Coordinate with property management, asset management, construction teams, and vendors Monitor project performance, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and financial performance Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
