Position Overview Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager
  • Division 10 to oversee and manage commercial construction projects involving architectural specialties and Division 10 products.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, coordination, and financial performance of multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience within the Division 10 industry, and the ability to manage projects from award through closeout while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage Division 10 projects from preconstruction through project completion. Review project contracts, specifications, drawings, and scope requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages. Monitor project costs and profitability to ensure financial objectives are met. Collaborate with estimators during project handoff and transition. Conduct project meetings with clients, vendors, field teams, and stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, owners, and suppliers. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate installation schedules and field activities with superintendents and site personnel. Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Resolve project issues and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for future work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 3-7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Experience managing Division 10 specialty construction projects strongly preferred. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and construction management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
