We handle everything from storefronts, curtainwall, and aluminum entrances on new construction to glass replacements, commercial doors, and window repairs on existing buildings (apartment complexes, churches, retail stores, and beyond). We're a tight-knit team and we take pride in the quality of our work and the relationships we build with GCs, architects, and building owners across Massachusetts. The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong construction background ( glass and glazing experience preferred) to own the full project lifecycle from contract award through materials delivered and installation coordination. You'll manage approximately 5-10 active commercial jobs simultaneously, work closely with our estimator and field supervisor, and be the connective tissue between our office, our suppliers, and our GC partners.
What You'll Own:
Full post-award project management — from contract execution through materials delivered to the job site Shop drawing coordination — manage production, review for accuracy, submit to GC, track approvals through all revision cycles Submittal management — compile complete packages, submit, track approvals, maintain submittal log Material ordering — compile orders from approved shop drawings, place with suppliers, confirm pricing and lead times, track every PO Delivery management — coordinate logistics, track inbound orders, confirm receipt against POs, flag discrepancies Change order management — identify scope changes, price with estimator, submit for GC approval, manage through execution AIA billing — prepare complete

pay applications, manage schedule of values, submit and track payment GC communication — own day-to-day relationship with GC project managers and superintendents on active jobs Field coordination — communicate material status and job details to field supervisor, answer technical questions as they arise Estimating support — price smaller service and commercial jobs from field assessments, photos, and measurements. Occasional site visits to assess and measure jobs that don't have drawings Skills & Credentials 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience Glass and glazing experience strongly preferred — you need to speak the language. Familiarity with aluminum systems, glass types, shop drawings, and glazing specifications is a significant advantage. Construction experience from an adjacent trade may be considered Full AIA billing experience — you've prepared
