This role works closely with the Digital Project Manager and prepress teams to coordinate estimating, order entry, and project workflows for high-end graphics and lithographic products. The Coordinator assists in ensuring projects are accurately scoped, scheduled, and executed while maintaining alignment across internal departments. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Digital Project Manager in coordinating the lifecycle of digital print projects from intake through production and delivery Assist in preparing project estimates by gathering specifications, materials, and production requirements for digital and lithographic jobs Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems, ensuring all job details, pricing, and timelines are properly documented Maintain and track project timelines, proactively identifying delays, risks, or discrepancies and escalating as needed Serve as a liaison between office, prepress, and production teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow execution Support high-end graphics and litho art processes by coordinating revisions, approvals, and file management Monitor order status and assist in prioritizing work to meet customer deadlines and production capacity Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including estimates, proofs, and revisions Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graphic Communications, or related field required 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, prepress, or manufacturing environment Experience with digital print workflows, prepress processes, or corrugated packaging preferred Familiarity with estimating, order entry systems, or ERP platforms preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities Must have attention to detail and focused concentration Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Combination of office and production/prepress environment Regular interaction with prepress and manufacturing areas with varying noise levels Use of standard office equipment and digital production systems Exposure to production floor conditions including noise and moving equipment when in plant areas
