Project Manager (Construction Coordination / Project Execution) Shrewsbury, MA (50% office / 50% field, local travel)
Base Salary:

If you've coordinated large events, managed projects with a lot of moving pieces, worked with vendors, handled timelines, or been the person everyone depends on to keep things moving, this could translate really well. What This Role Is This role sits at the center of project execution. You'll take projects from handoff through completion and make sure communication, scheduling, materials, teams, and timelines stay aligned. Success is less about deep technical expertise and more about being organized, proactive, and able to move projects forward when information is incomplete or changing. What You'll B e Doing
  • Take projects from sales and organize them into actionable execution plans
  • Coordinate schedules, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Review project details and identify missing information before it becomes a problem
  • Build project packages and support implementation
  • Communicate with clients to keep projects moving and expectations aligned
  • Support quoting and project documentation where needed
  • Keep multiple active projects organized simultaneously
  • Step into drawings or layouts when needed (AutoCAD experience is a plus) Who Tends To Do Well
  • Event coordinators who have managed large-scale events or logistics
  • Project coordinators or operations professionals
  • Construction administration or field support backgrounds
  • Facilities, manufacturing, service, or technical coordination experience
