Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil/Site Project Manager (P.E.) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of land development projects throughout Maryland. This role is ideal for a motivated engineering professional who excels at managing projects, leading teams, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage civil/site development projects from concept through construction. Oversee site layout, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting efforts. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure designs comply with local, county, and state regulations. Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance throughout project execution. Support business development and client relationship management activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required. 8+ years of civil/site design and project management experience. Strong knowledge of land development, stormwater management, grading, and utility design. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
