Job Description
Bohan Contracting is a community contractor and residential construction firm specializing in custom home remodeling, luxury renovations, and historic preservation throughout the greater Annapolis area. Our reputation is built on exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and personalized client service, and we take pride in creating homes that are both timeless and uniquely tailored to each homeowner. As our portfolio of high-end residential projects continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Annapolis, MD. You won't manage repetitive production builds. You'll oversee distinctive custom homes and transformative renovation projects where quality, communication, and attention to detail are at the center of every decision. We are looking for a leader who can confidently manage luxury residential projects while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is a full-time position requiring a combination of in-office collaboration and local job-site visits, Monday through Friday. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $70,000-$90,000 based on experience Annual company performance bonus opportunity $750 monthly vehicle and fuel allowance $40 monthly cell phone allowance 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage for employees Three weeks paid time off Paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving 401(k) with 4% company match Profit-sharing retirement plan Newly renovated Eastport office environment What You'll Do Manage luxury residential remodeling projects from preconstruction through final completion Collaborate with estimators, designers, and preconstruction teams to review scopes and project plans Oversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, craftsmanship, and design accuracy Maintain proactive communication with clients through progress updates, daily reports, and project photos Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure efficient project execution Manage permitting, inspections, and project closeout documentation Lead final walkthroughs and ensure every detail meets Bohan Contracting's standards of excellence What You Bring 3+ years of experience managing high-end residential remodeling or custom construction projects Strong background in whole-home renovations and large-scale residential remodels Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control simultaneously Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Buildertrend or similar project management software Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively A proactive mindset, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to high-quality work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Build Exceptional Homes With Us At Bohan Contracting, we're passionate about building more than beautiful spaces — we're building trust, relationships, and projects that leave a lasting impact throughout the Annapolis community.
