The Assistant Project Manager will act in the absence of the Project Manager, assuming full responsibility for project continuity, stakeholder communication, and technical oversight. The ideal candidate will possess a background in U.S. Coast Guard logistics operations, with demonstrated experience across maintenance, supply, and configuration management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of four (4) years degree in related field and ten (10) or more years' relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software suite, including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and Excel. Demonstrated experience in Project management and facilitation. Demonstrated experience communicating and interacting with Executive Level Service. Strong leadership qualities; strong interpersonal skills; high level of professionalism; ability to work effectively with others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
