Assistant Project Manager
Your new companyJoin a growing and progressive construction services firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland with a growing presence in DC and Northern Virginia.
With a mission to simplify the construction process through transparency, teamwork, and accountability, they treat every project as a partnership.
The company has seen double-digit growth over the past three years, with revenue around $55M with plans to continue expanding.
Your new roleAs an Assistant Project Manager, you'll assist on interior commercial construction projects across the Baltimore, MD area. The sweet spot is projects between $800K-$1M, with experience in SCIF work, office spaces, and emerging interest in data centers. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through closeout.

- Proven experience in commercial construction projects. (Interiors experience is preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across Baltimore, Annapolis and Columbia MD
