We are looking for a Part-Time Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing order to complexity, and is energized by turning ideas into fully executed live experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Event Leadership Take full ownership of assigned events from concept through execution and post-event wrap-up. Translate client vision into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables that guide every stage of production Build project scopes, run-of-show documents, and production schedules Define KPIs, milestones, and success measures Work well leading and delegating across teams to ensure projects move efficiently and collaboratively Ensure flawless delivery across time, budget, and expectations 2. Client Partnership & Communication Serve as the primary client lead, ensuring clarity, confidence, and consistency throughout every engagement. Manage all client communication and approvals Present concepts, updates, and final event recaps Align expectations and proactively manage changes Build trusted, long-term client relationships 3. Budget, Vendors & Production Quality Own the financial and production integrity of each event, ensuring both creativity and discipline are balanced. Develop and manage detailed event budgets Track expenses and support financial oversight Negotiate and manage vendors across all production needs Oversee creative execution including staging, design, and event environments 4. Execution, Logistics & On-Site Leadership Lead the operational execution of events and make real-time decisions to ensure seamless delivery. Manage event logistics, staffing, and production timelines Lead on-site execution as the primary decision-maker Resolve issues quickly and maintain guest experience quality Coordinate internal teams and ensure accountability across all functions Lead and delegate effectively across staff, vendors, and production teams Comfortable capturing social media content and supporting brand visibility during events Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 2+ years of experience in project management, events, or experiential production Confident managing clients directly and leading conversations Strong ability to manage budgets, vendors, and timelines with precision Stays calm under pressure and is decisive in real-time execution Highly organized but flexible when plans change Able to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail Comfortable using project management, collaboration, social media, and AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency Strong team leadership, communication, and delegation skills Schedule flexibility based on event timelines, production needs, occasional evenings/weekends, and in-office meetings Work Environment & Schedule Part-time position with flexible scheduling based on event calendar and production needs Occasional evening and weekend availability required for live events Fast-paced, collaborative, and event-driven work environment Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout event venues as needed Why Join Sonjé' Productions At SP, we believe exceptional events are built through creativity, collaboration, innovation, and flawless execution.
