- Summary Job Description ECS Everforth is seeking a highly organized and analytical Management Analyst (Action Officer) to provide operational, administrative, and project coordination support to federal leadership within the Extramural Division supporting the National Institute of Health.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
- High School Diploma plus three (3) years of specialized experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree. Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of related professional experience supporting federal operations, administrative management, project coordination, or executive support environments. Clearance / Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain NIH badge/access credentials.
- Must be eligible to work in a federal contractor support environment. Required Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders. Technical Skills Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range:
$75,000-85,500 General Description of Benefits Desired Skills- Prior NIH or HHS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting federal leadership offices or administrative management functions.
- Familiarity with federal travel, records management, and operational reporting processes.
- Experience relative to a scientific or medical/healthcare background.
