Project Manager Residential Remodeling | Interior & Exterior Projects A growing residential remodeling firm specializing in high-quality interior and exterior renovations is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion Oversee both interior and exterior renovation projects Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress expectations are met Work closely with field teams and office staff to keep projects running efficiently Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation Problem-solve issues proactively and keep projects on track Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism Help improve project workflows and operational efficiency when possible Qualifications 3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience preferred Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing Experience with both interior and exterior remodeling projects highly preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities Comfortable in both field and office settings Proficiency with construction management software is a plus Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented What They're Looking For A hands-on Project Manager who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of projects Experience with landscaping and hardscapes is a PLUS A strong communicator who can build relationships with homeowners and subcontractors A team player who wants to grow with the company long-term Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality remodeling projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Bonus opportunity Vehicle allowance/company vehicle potential Growth opportunity with a growing remodeling company Supportive team environment and strong company culture Apply Today! megan.cantone@gogpac.com
