This position is based out of our Sunbury/Shamokin Dam, PA office.   • High Voltage, you'll take full ownership of large-scale, high-voltage projects from estimating through close-out.
You'll have the autonomy to make critical decisions while working with a collaborative team that values integrity, innovation, and craftsmanship. Our Ideal Candidate Takes full accountability for complex high-voltage projects, making sound decisions that balance safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. Communicates effectively with crews, engineers, and clients, earning trust through technical credibility and follow-through. Models and enforces a culture where safety and compliance are embedded in every decision, not treated as a checklist. Anticipates challenges, manages risk proactively, and identifies opportunities to strengthen client relationships and repeat work. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is motivated by delivering excellence on critical infrastructure projects. Day in the Life Lead Project Execution
  • Manage all phases of electrical projects including setup, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract interpretation. Ensure Safety & Compliance
  • Prioritize jobsite safety through audits and strict adherence to
OSHA 1910.269, NFPA
70E, NESC, and company standards. Manage Labor & Materials
  • Take full responsibility for labor productivity, staffing, and material procurement, including delivery, usage, and returns. Collaborate with Teams
  • Partner with foremen, field teams, engineers, and clients to deliver projects efficiently and profitably. Drive Business Growth
  • Pursue new opportunities, estimate targeted projects, and maintain strong client relationships to expand our reach. Oversee Project Documentation
  • Maintain drawings, field records, change orders, and close-out documents with accuracy and timeliness. Minimum Qualifications Experience & Expertise
  • 5+ years managing high-voltage (69kV to 500kV+) OR industrial electrical projects in transmission, distribution, or substation environments. Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of power systems, codes, and safety regulations. Field Background
  • 2+ years of electrical construction or commissioning experience preferred. Leadership Skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and drive results. Software Proficiency
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with project management tools.
Education:
Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering/Technology; or equivalent on-the-job experience. Travel Occasional travel may be required.
