Job Description

EcoClean Restoration is Hiring our Founding Project Manager! Who We Are EcoClean Restoration is a locally owned and operated restoration company built on one core belief: when disaster hits, our community deserves someone they can trust. We serve homeowners during some of the most stressful moments of their lives — water damage, mold contamination, fire loss. Our job is not just to dry structures and remove damage. It's to restore peace of mind. We are in growth mode, and we're looking for our Senior Project Manager who wants to be a founding member of a fast-growing company, not just another employee in a large corporate machine. Who We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes ownership and leads Advocates for homeowners at all costs Is adaptable and thrives in a growing, evolving company Can handle high standards and a fast pace Wants a clear path to advancement Possesses a deep understanding of restoration work and its technicalities Can proactively resolve issues before they escalate This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and help build something meaningful. What the Role Includes As our Senior Project Manager, you will: Oversee and manage approximately $4 million in restoration work annually, primarily focusing on water, mold, and fire damage jobs. Manage both insurance and private claims, ensuring all estimates are accurate and maintain healthy business margins. Coordinate scheduling within our internal systems to ensure efficient project flow across four crews (eight technicians). Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction and clear communication throughout the restoration process. Provide high-level oversight to ensure work is performed correctly by technicians and that all documentation and photo protocols are strictly followed. Secure job approvals and sign-offs over the phone. Primarily work from the office on a computer, managing the "gears" of the operation, with opportunities to go out into the field as needed. Train and support junior technicians to maintain our high standards of quality.
There will be:
On-call schedules Late nights Emergency response calls If you're looking for easy, this isn't it. If you're looking for impact, growth, and leadership — this is it. What We Provide Base salary of $45,000 plus 1% commission on managed jobs. Healthcare benefits Company phone and computer All tools and equipment Company vehicle Clear career advancement path Leadership opportunity within a growing company A team environment that values integrity and accountability Why Join Now? We are building something special. The person we hire for this role will help shape our systems, culture, and future. This is an opportunity to be part of the foundation — not just another number on payroll. If you're ready to lead, work hard, and grow with a company that stands for something, we want to talk to you.
