We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee the execution of complex civil construction projects.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of our heavy civil and utility construction projects, including highways, bridges, utilities, and other infrastructure work. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and government agencies to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple heavy civil and utility construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, including P6 CPM schedules, budgets, and resources required. Update Primavera P6 CPM Schedules frequently for monthly update submission. Oversee and coordinate the work of project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure all projects comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide project updates. Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction process. Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to stay on track. Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each project phase, specifically daily reports for quantity tracking, job costing, and preparation for monthly billing.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management. Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, and utilities. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and budgeting. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse project team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., HeavyJob, Primavera P6).
