Your new roleAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager on complex, security-sensitive construction projects from conception through completion. You will assist with self-performing operations, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, uphold government security protocols, and ensure that project execution meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

This role is an in-office role. You will be based in the Frederick, MD office 5 days a week with occasional site visits.

What you'll need to succeed

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Top Secret clearance is a strong plus (must be clearable).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project management, preferably involving SCIF or secure/hardened facility work.
• Proven capability in managing self-performing trades and leading field teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes for secure environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure.
• Solid understanding of ICD-705, TEMPEST, and relevant codes/regulations.
