Summary:
Provide internal support for STULZ Key Accounts by processing orders, maintaining communication for scheduling, preparing correspondence for customers and representatives, and resolving customer issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Director of the Program Management Office and requires strong self-direction and organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities Manage data requirements for Key Account quotes in Cyberselect. Facilitate meetings with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and representatives as needed. Oversee internal SAP (ERP) system requirements and data related to Key Account orders. Perform OPD Specialist Level I duties specifically associated with Key Account orders. Manage external customer contacts and schedules to support the Key Account Manager or representative. Organize bi-weekly Hot project meetings for the sales team and ensure follow-ups are conducted. Handle freight quote requests and re-consignment requests as necessary for Key Accounts. Develop and manage project plans. Provide support to KAMs, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and National Sales Managers (NSMs) as required, with large projects and key account management tasks assigned by the Director, PMO. Secondary Responsibilities - Order Processing Specialist Level I Coverage as required Accurately enter the following information for all orders: Pricing details (Net, List, Commission Splits, Partners, Customer Cards, Tagging, Product Hierarchy, Header Information, etc.) Product detail configurations for options required or ordered Ensure that proper documentation (PO, Project Information Sheet, Credit Application, etc.) is attached for contracts to review Note proper shipping requirements in the order (Shipping & Handling, Customer Arranged, etc.) Effectively and concisely communicate with the sales team and customers (both internal and external) regarding order status, shipping information, and change requests. Develop and maintain professional relationships, both internal and external to the company, that are essential for supporting the Order Processing Department (BOM configuration, Applications, STULZ Representatives, STULZ End-site users, Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Shipping, STULZ Carriers, Accounting, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, etc.) Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director, PMO to ensure excellent customer service and support for Key Accounts.
Qualifications:
To successfully perform this job, an individual must be very detail-oriented, able to carry out each essential duty to a high standard of satisfaction, and possess strong customer relations and people skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Education/Experience:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in customer service and order processing is required.
Required Skills:
Required typing speed: 45-55 words per minute Must be able to follow and provide written and verbal instructions in English Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers to perform daily tasks Must possess the ability to multitask throughout the day while still meeting daily objectives as assigned Must have basic skills in Excel and Word, including an understanding of fundamental formulas in

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment in a manufacturing plant as well as on the manufacturing and warehouse floor.
