Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction and mining projects from inception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, technical expertise in project scheduling, and a passion for driving project success. Duties Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Develop comprehensive project plans using construction management software and Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource allocation Coordinate with engineering teams to review blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow Monitor project progress on-site, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction estimating software to facilitate project execution Skills Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or industrial sites Expertise in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software like ProCore Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration Familiarity with civil engineering design software including Civil 3D Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills Strong understanding of construction estimating processes using HeavyBid or similar tools Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders Join us to lead impactful projects that shape the future of mining infrastructure!
