About Classic Home Advisors Classic Home Advisors is a growing residential remodeling and design-build company specializing in additions, kitchens & bathrooms, outdoor living spaces, detached structures, custom/spec homes, and whole-home renovations. We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, communicate effectively with homeowners and subcontractors, and help us deliver exceptional projects and client experiences. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate possesses four key traits: 1. Residential Construction Knowledge You understand residential construction and remodeling. While hands-on trade experience is valuable, it is not required. What matters most is that you understand how residential projects come together, including scheduling, sequencing, inspections, materials, subcontractor coordination, and client expectations. 2. Exceptional Communication Skills You communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and team members. 3. Strong Attention to Detail You naturally catch details others miss. You think ahead, identify potential issues before they become problems, and take pride in delivering organized, well-executed projects. 4. Highly Organized You are capable of managing multiple moving parts at once without letting important details fall through the cracks. Responsibilities Managing residential remodeling and construction projects from kickoff through completion Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, permits, and material deliveries Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved Serving as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction Conducting regular site visits and quality-control inspections Reviewing plans, scopes of work, selections, and project details Managing project budgets, allowances, and change orders Identifying and resolving project issues before they impact schedule or budget Ensuring jobsite professionalism, cleanliness, and safety Collaborating with designers, trade partners, vendors, and internal team members Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting Helping improve internal systems, processes, and project management procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or project management Strong understanding of residential construction processes Ability to read plans and construction documents & interpret code requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred) Experience with design-build companies Experience managing additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and major residential renovations Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software Experience with budgeting, job costing, and change-order management Growth Opportunity The right candidate is not simply filling a position—they are helping build the future of the company. Pay:
