Assistant Project Manager - Roofing ConstructionPosition OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager in Roofing Construction will support the project management team in overseeing and executing roofing projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing roofing construction projectsCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesManage submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders effectivelyMonitor project progress and prepare reports for managementEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycleAssist in budget management and cost control measuresCommunicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in roofing construction or related fieldExperience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in constructionKnowledge of roofing systems including TPO and reroofing processesFamiliarity with project management software and toolsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryMedicalDentalVisionGas card provided3 weeks PTO
