Job Overview C&V Painting Services LLC is a growing, process-driven company specializing in high-end residential painting and finishing projects across Montgomery County, MD and the Washington, DC area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple residential projects from start to completion. This role focuses on managing daily operations, including scheduling, crew coordination, quality control, and client communication. This role is responsible for maintaining production flow, crew accountability, and overall project execution across multiple active jobs. The ideal candidate understands both field operations and project coordination, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining structure, accountability, and high standards. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage multiple residential painting projects simultaneously Coordinate crews, materials, and daily job site operations Lead production planning, including scheduling, job readiness, and workflow coordination Ensure crews follow company systems, standards, and daily expectations Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications Conduct site visits and proactively address issues or delays Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle (start, progress, completion) Oversee project close-out, including punch list completion and final walkthrough Maintain organized records of schedules, project progress, and job details Support continuous improvement of operational systems and processes Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction, painting, or home improvement project management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously Clear and professional communication with clients and team members Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Additional Compensation Performance-based incentives available Company truck and fuel card provided Opportunity for growth into a senior leadership role Compensation is based on experience and performance, with clear opportunities for pay increases as responsibilities and results grow.
