Job Description

Project Manager- Remodeling Residential Remodeling Project Manager A growing and highly respected residential remodeling company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior and exterior renovation projects from pre-construction through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing people, schedules, budgets, and client expectations while delivering exceptional remodeling projects. Responsibilities
  • Manage residential remodeling projects from kickoff through final completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, permits, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure projects stay on track
  • Monitor budgets, change orders, and project costs
  • Conduct site visits and ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction
  • Communicate regularly with clients, field personnel, and company leadership
  • Resolve project challenges proactively and maintain project momentum
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing residential remodeling projects
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building practices
  • Experience managing kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, and exterior projects preferred
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits
