We specialize in commercial rooftop solar canopy installations throughout the DMV region. The Associate Project Manager will work directly in the field with installation crews, lead daily project activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial rooftop and canopy solar systems and is ready to grow into a leadership role. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial solar installation experience Experience with commercial rooftop and solar canopy projects Ability to read and interpret solar plan sets, construction drawings, and electrical single-line diagrams Experience installing racking systems, solar modules, optimizers, inverters, and associated electrical equipment Experience leading crews or serving as a crew lead/foreman preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities Read and interpret solar construction drawings and plan sets Lead and work alongside installation crews on commercial rooftop and canopy solar projects Install and oversee installation of racking systems, solar modules, attachments, and mounting hardware Install and wire DC optimizers and module-level electronics Perform homerun wiring and equipment connections to inverters Coordinate material staging, equipment, and jobsite logistics Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards Conduct daily safety meetings and work planning sessions Monitor installation quality, productivity, and project schedules Train and mentor junior installers and crew members Provide project updates and progress reports to management Benefits $75,000 annual salary Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Program (coming soon) Paid Vacation and Sick Leave Mileage reimbursement Company-provided PPE, tools, and work gear Continuing education and certification reimbursement
