Job Description

Overview Hugee Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated CAD Designer / Project Manager to support the planning, design, and execution of various HVAC projects. This role combines technical drafting expertise with project coordination responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Designer/Project Manager to join our innovative team. This role combines expert-level computer-aided design (CAD) skills with project management capabilities to deliver exceptional design solutions across various sectors, including construction, interior design, mechanical systems, and graphic design. As a key contributor, you will lead design projects from conception through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Create and revise detailed CAD drawings, plans, and layouts for projects, including 3D models and rendered visualizations
  • Interpret project specifications, sketches, and field notes into accurate sheet metal designs
  • Coordinate with foremen, management and field teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility and timely completio
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation from initiation through completion
  • Track project progress and communicate update
  • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Assist with bid takeoffs, permitting, submittals, and project documentation as needed
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files
  • Provide support across design and project management tasks as required
  • Uphold Hugee Corporation's high standard of quality and service Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD design, drafting, or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks / Fusion
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project management environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documents
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
