Full Job Description Salary:
$90,000-$100,000 per year
Travel:
Approximately 60% travel required (company-paid travel, hotels, rental vehicles, and airfare) Premier Home Pros is seeking an experienced Floating Project Manager to support operations across multiple locations. This role is designed for a highly organized leader who can step into any market, manage projects, support local teams, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities Travel to company locations as needed to support project management operations Oversee installation schedules and project timelines Coordinate with installers, vendors, customers, and office staff Conduct job site visits and quality control inspections Assist with training and development of project managers and installation teams Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience Support new office launches and operational transitions Monitor project performance and ensure company standards are met Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation Qualifications Previous project management experience required Construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time Proficient with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace What We Offer $95,000-$100,000 annual salary Company-paid travel expenses Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing organization Supportive leadership team The ability to make a direct impact across multiple markets If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy travel, and have a passion for leading teams and driving operational success, we encourage you to apply.
