Lead and coordinate projects, collaborating with internal teams, installers, and customers Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution Proactively manage issues and priorities, ensuring projects stay on track Provide daily status reports, risk management updates, and project documentation Oversee site visits and progress tracking to maintain project quality Manage timelines, expectations, and changes to project scope (SOW) Create install plans and coordinate with sub-labor teams Track and schedule shipments with vendors to ensure accurate delivery
What You Bring:
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams Experience working across complex organizations with multiple stakeholders A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure Budget management experience for significant projects
