About the Role The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the organization, coordination, and installation of furniture projects of varying size and complexity. This individual must be highly organized, hands-on, and customer service oriented. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is comfortable collaborating with general contractors and working both in the field and in the office. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of furniture, systems furniture, and interior renovation projects from inception through final close-out and invoicing Oversee project planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution Manage critical dates, client communication, and third-party relationships Ensure performance quality and overall customer satisfaction Conduct field surveys, inspections, and site measurements Resolve project issues and punch list items promptly and effectively Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner Participate in project meetings and related activities Contribute as a collaborative and proactive team member Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, commercial furniture, or project management preferred Experience in a design or construction environment is beneficial Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute efficiently and calmly Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Demonstrated leadership qualities Enthusiasm for learning and delivering outstanding customer service College degree preferred Physical Requirements Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs Ability to navigate unfinished construction sites Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds Ability to travel to project sites throughout the greater DMV and Baltimore area Bialek is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
