Job Description

Project Management Analyst, Jr (2974) PSI Pax is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Headquartered in Patuxent River, MD. We are recognized as key contributors to our DOD Customer's mission specializing in Information Technology, enterprise resource planning, business and financial management, acquisition, and logistics. We help our customers coordinate services across their enterprises nationwide, enhance efficiency through process improvement, and deliver quality services within cost and on schedule.

PSI Pax, Inc, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Analyst, Junior, to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assists in applying analytical techniques to assess program and project objectives, including reviewing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
  • Supports the collection, organization, and interpretation of contract data associated with ATC&LS Division acquisition and product programs.
  • Helps track program and project progress to ensure alignment with established timelines and budgets, following government-mandated documentation, change control, and data management processes.
  • Contributes to the work of more experienced analysts by applying analytical methods and supporting team-wide analytical activities.
  • Assist in responding to Division-level data calls, consolidating responses across projects/contracts and validating data accuracy.
  • Assist in monitoring acquisition milestones, track action items, identify risks, and provide status updates to Government customers.
  • Provide services acquisition support activities for service contract requirements from initial planning through contract award, execution, and closeout.
  • Documents (PIDs) within the Navy Acquisition Management System (AMS).
  • Supports the preparation, review, and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for post-award service contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with Government customers to develop requirements packages, acquisition strategies, Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and supporting acquisition documentation.
  • Assist in Analyzing acquisition, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with Business Financial Managers (BFMs), Government Project Leads (GPLs), Contracting Officers, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to support successful acquisition outcomes.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of acquisition metrics, reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and less than three years' experience in functional area above OR
  • Associates degree and four years' experience in the functional area above OR
  • Six years' experience in functional area above and
HS DiplomaEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree
