Job Description
Royal Plus is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects across water, fire, mold, and storm-related losses. This is a field leadership role responsible for managing projects from initial response through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day field operations and serve as the primary point of contact during mitigation projects. Manage mitigation projects from emergency response through completion Respond to loss sites, assess damage, and develop scopes of work Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Monitor job progress and adjust plans to ensure efficiency and quality standards Communicate directly with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients Maintain accurate job documentation using platforms such as Encircle and DASH Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, OSHA safety guidelines, and company procedures Supervise field technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship Coordinate with internal departments (contents and reconstruction) for smooth project transitions Support job coordination, scheduling, and on-call emergency response as needed
