Position:
Assistant Project Manager Quirion Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role combines project support with essential administrative responsibilities that keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish Support project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and objectives are met Track project progress and provide regular updates to internal teams Help prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Review and assist in interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications Support quality control efforts to ensure compliance with project standards Administrative Responsibilities Track fuel usage, equipment usage, and related logs Manage incoming phone calls and take customer or contractor orders Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics with field teams Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and project documentation Assist with general office coordination to support project operations Qualifications Experience with blueprint reading and basic construction principles Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with estimating and project coordination is preferred Knowledge of construction processes and contract administration is a plus Strong communication skills and attention to detail What We Offer We offer competitive compensation along with benefits that may include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
