Job Summary:
The Prototype Project Manager I will assist with the administrative activities of a project, the planning process and achieving customer expectations. The Prototype Project Manager I will monitor the implementation and timing of project deliverables, assign responsibilities, and work to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and functioning smoothly. As a Prototype Project Manager I, you will:

Direct and manage coordination groups that assign goals for subcontractorsPlan, schedule, and oversee coordinator activities and relay customer expectationsDevelop and execute large project plansComplete milestones on-time, on budget and with qualityCollect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compilepresentations and reportsManage day-to-day build operations supporting department managementReview project status daily and report percentage of completionLead continuous quality improvement activitiesTo be considered as a Prototype Project Manager I, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of project coordination experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, very detail oriented and effectively hostpresentationsGreat customer service, reliable attendance, and ability to work overtimeAdvanced MS Office skills, specifically with Excel (macros, pivot tables and formulas), Word, andPowerPointAbility to lead and work with different cross functional teams and have excellent organizationalskillsA successful candidate may also have:
