Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the continued implementation, optimization, and stabilization of Oracle Fusion ERP across the organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to drive successful project execution, process improvement, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management, business analysis, and ERP implementation experience, with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or JD Edwards is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP-related projects from planning through execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and other functional areas to gather and document requirements. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP best practices. Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Coordinate project activities across internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors. Monitor project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting documentation, and executive communications. Support change management initiatives, training efforts, and user adoption strategies. Assist with data validation, testing execution, issue resolution, and process documentation. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on ERP capabilities and process optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of ERP Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience. Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations. Strong understanding of business processes within Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and change management. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion ERP. Prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or JD Edwards. PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification preferred. Experience working in complex, multi-site operational environments. Familiarity with ERP stabilization efforts following a go-live event. Experience managing third-party implementation partners and system integrators.

Salary/Rate:
$65-$80/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
