6+ months Job Summary The EPC Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-functional engineering, procurement, and construction projects for utility-scale renewable energy facilities. The role ensures successful delivery of multi-year, high-value projects (USD $100M+) by overseeing planning, execution, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead planning, design, execution, and commissioning of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, batteries, etc.) Develop Project Charter, Project Management Plans, Scoping Documents, Risk Registers, and related deliverables Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy Manage multiple projects at different lifecycle stages simultaneously Scheduling & Cost Management Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project (or Primavera P6 if applicable) Track progress, update schedules, and ensure alignment with project milestones Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts Ensure cost control and financial performance of projects Team & Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional teams including internal departments and external consultants, engineering firms, and contractors Organize and document project meetings and ensure accountability Serve as liaison between company, contractors, landowners, government bodies, and stakeholders Communicate project status to senior leadership and stakeholders Risk & Quality Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and constraints Ensure quality control across engineering, procurement, and construction phases Develop and enforce project execution standards and best practices Reporting & Leadership Prepare presentations and reports for leadership teams Track project performance metrics and recommend improvements Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards Drive process improvement and operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university 7+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or project management Experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects PMP Certification preferred Preferred Skills Experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, battery storage) Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects Risk management and problem-solving capability Familiarity with: Microsoft Project Primavera P6 SAP (preferred) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to travel frequently to project sites Hybrid work schedule with field visits required May involve working in challenging environments including: Outdoor conditions (heat, dust, noise, weather exposure) Confined or elevated spaces Exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and high-voltage environments Physical requirements may include: Standing, walking, climbing stairs Lifting up to 35 lbs Maintaining visual and cognitive alertness during work Compensation & Benefits Weekly per diem: USD $550 LI_TSC About our Company:
