The Project Coordinator's general responsibility is to support Project Management in the defining and building and management of projects. This includes a variety of administration and information management tasks. A Project Coordinator will be involved, to varying degrees on a project-by-project basis, with purchase orders and material procurement, documentation management, equipment procurement, project information sharing and management and resource management.

Overview of day-to-day responsibilities:

• Writing purchase orders for project materials
• Tracking and managing material orders
• Validating material invoices against material received
• Managing project documentation
• Identifying and communication issues and challenges
• Coordinating information to and from subcontractors
• Coordinating information to and from clients
• Manage equipment rentals and procurement.
• Assist in developing work schedules and labor/crew planning.
• Assist in developing monthly billings and invoices to send to accounting.
• Liaising between departments on behalf of Project Management Annual salary is $70k/year. Apply now!
• 3-5 year's experience in Security System Services is preferred.
