Discover a more connected career We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in cable construction and fiber optics to lead multiple telecommunications projects. Candidates must have at least five years of industry experience and strong leadership skills. What you'll do Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees across assigned areas, departments, or projects Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Develop and maintain processes to support efficient task and project completion Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project goals Interview, hire, train, and retain team members to support growth and development Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion Operate effectively in high-pressure environments Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure work is completed as required Organize and align teams to work efficiently and collaboratively Participate in and manage on-call schedules, including after-hours support and semi-annual scheduling What you'll need Prior supervisory or managerial experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications cable construction, fiber optics, and outside plant construction Experience with fiber mapping, design, and implementation Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordination Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Authorized to work in the United States Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues Knowledge of safety regulations and crew safety practices Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred Willingness to support and fill in for supervisory roles as needed Ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
