Bloomfield Hills, MI Job Details Full-time From $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Contractor management Attention to detail Construction industry experience Organizational skills Adaptability Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Field Supervisor to manage our construction division. As a key leader on the ground, you will coordinate contractors, manage daily construction activities, and uphold operational excellence in fast-paced environments such as retail buildings, office buildings, or medical office facilities. Responsibilities Read blueprints, create scopes and obtain quotes from subcontractors. Create a project budget Obtain necessary permits and manage them through closeout Secure all needed utilities when necessary Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget. Ensure all invoices are obtained and approve those invoices for payment in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with municipalities, contractors, tenants and co-workers to understand their needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure jobs are completed to specifications. Skills 10 Years of Experience Complete understanding of construction industry practices, processes and standards including an understanding of AIA contracts Ability to read blueprints and create budgets Manage subcontractors in the field Deliver quality construction Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Full Time M-F 7:30 - 5:00 Strong Salary, benefits and bonus program
