Job Description

Job Title Project Control Engineer - Powertrain & Electrified Controls Overview / Summary We are seeking a Project Control Engineer to support Powertrain and Electrified Controls programs across Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Hybrid, and Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) platforms. This role is responsible for driving software deliverables, program timelines, milestone tracking, release management, and cross-functional coordination to support current and future vehicle programs. Key Responsibilities Lead Powerpack Program Management Sub Teams (PMST) Manage program targets, milestones, and deliverables Support program and release management using Jira-based work systems Ensure timely delivery for program achievements, build events, and calibration release requirements Facilitate implementation of software technologies and designs to support quality objectives Serve as a key contact between program management teams and engineering teams Cascade program information to internal stakeholders and support issue resolution Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, manufacturing, and service teams Support planning activities across multiple competing workstreams Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience in engineering program or project management Experience working with cross-functional and multi-functional teams Strong project planning and project management skills Experience with Jira-based work systems Strong change management capabilities Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and engineering requests Experience collaborating across organizations, cultures, and regions Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile-based work strategies Experience with Jira / Atlassian work tracking systems What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
