Job Description

The Project Coordinator will work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. Day Shift-Start Time, 6
AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
  • Assist in developing and executing small project plans.
  • Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.
  • Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports.
  • Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
  • Supporting management of material for launch and production.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education and Experience (required):
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):
  • Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime.
  • Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel). Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):
  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.
