Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients. Manage project documentation, contracts, schedules, and deliverables. Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders. Resolve project issues quickly while minimizing operational disruptions. Manage project budgets and approve expenditures within established guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. Evaluate project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Experience managing budgets exceeding $100,000. Experience working with vendors and contract negotiations. Knowledge of scheduling methodologies and risk management. Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or technology projects is considered an asset.
