Project Manager - Construction Materials Engineering & Testing (CMET)Shape Infrastructure. Lead Projects. Make an Impact.

Are you an experienced engineer ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects? This is an opportunity to lead construction materials engineering and testing initiatives across diverse infrastructure projects-from major public works to innovative private developments.

In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, leadership, and client engagement to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

What You'll DoAs a CMET Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery while playing a key role in technical excellence and business growth:

Project Leadership & DeliveryManage construction materials testing programs across a wide range of projects (roads, structures, public infrastructure, and private developments)Oversee the full project lifecycle: scoping, proposal development, execution, and reportingEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standardsTechnical ExcellenceApply deep expertise in field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt (HMA), and steelOversee laboratory testing programs and ensure compliance with relevant standards and specificationsProvide technical guidance and quality assurance across projectsTeam Leadership & MentoringLead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technical staffFoster a collaborative, high-performance team cultureSupport career growth and technical development within your teamClient & Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectorsIdentify new opportunities and contribute to business development initiativesPrepare winning proposals and represent the organization in client engagementsWhat You BringProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license8+ years of experience in:

Geotechnical engineeringConstruction materials testing (CMT)Project engineering or related fieldsStrong expertise in:
