Project Coordinator

FacilityRX Services Inc. (FRX) is now offering a position for a detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Coordinator. This role assumes primary responsibility for the coordination and execution of routine preventive maintenance programs across the designated region. The Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling services with vendors, internal departments, and Customer's Team to ensure all work orders are managed within established KPIs. The coordinator also is responsible for managing the budget for their designated maintenance programs. Develop strategies to improve the overall efficiency of preventive maintenance programs, occasionally respond to breakdowns and emergency calls, and oversee time-critical repairs. Planning and execution audits, vendor compliance, routine maintenance and improvement programs for facility and equipment. The coordinator will partner with the Customer's Team to work together to manage the customers' properties, budget, and Customer experience.
